Without the assurance of a presidential pardon, I don't see Trump & Co. inspiring the type of loyalty that leads someone to fall on the sword on their behalf. You can only sell someone out and denigrate them so much before they turn out of self preservation and spite.

Are you aware of the theory that posits we are all just living in the computer simulation of some hyper advanced civilization?
