US infrastructure is crumbling and China's isn't
Says who? Large parts of China are still essentially third world countries. Some places don't even have an infrastructure to let crumble, in other places the government built infrastructure which is now crumbling because there are no people using the infrastructure.

Many people in the US seem to have a very unrealistic idea of what China is like

Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson on Tuesday appeared to think that a freshman Democrat was questioning him about Oreo cookies during his congressional testimony, when she was in fact asking him about foreclosure properties.

Over the past two years, with the encouragement of the Trump Administration’s red-tape cutting policies and the tax cut and reform law passed in December 2017, manufacturers added 467,000 jobs, more than six times the 73,000 manufacturing jobs added in Obama’s last two years.

Looking at Trump’s first two years, the revised BLS data shows that more than two manufacturing jobs were added for every one job added in government at the federal, state, and local level. In contrast, under Obama, almost five government jobs were added for every one manufacturing job.

President Trump stepped into the dohyo shortly after 5:30 p.m. Sunday to present the “President’s Cup” — a roughly 4½ -foot, more than 60-pound trophy that served as a physical manifestation of the gilded, ceremonial nature of Trump’s four-day trip here.

[…]

A sumo official helped him lift the heavy cup and hand it to Asanoyama, who bowed several times.
Emphasis mine. I would expect nothing less from our extremely stable genius president of great endurance.

WTF?

In one of the Amash clips going around, he gets asked if impeachment is even worth attempting considering how lengthy the process would be and how close we are to an election year. He responded that it would be worth it because not pushing for it sends a signal that impeachment is an impotent threat for every future president.
