New York Attorney General Tish James' wide-ranging civil lawsuit against the former president, the Trump Organization and three of his adult children accuses them of fraud and misrepresentation. She's also making a criminal referral to the Feds.

The next obvious logical step is to charge Judge Cannon with obstruction of Justice.
The actual ruling (linked from within there) is a good read. Their going through the four parts of the Richey test is key: the whole damn Cannon ruling (not just this limited part as per the stay today) will be thrown out via that, for lack of jurisdiction.Oh damn.

I just like to point out that two of the judges in that ruling were Trump appointed, so there might be some hope for humanity.

my money is that he never gets to the point he actually presents a defense. my money is on him fleeing the country, or having a mysterious accident.
