I read another summary that echoed that first point, too, which is interesting since there's no "Federal EV mandate." tilting at windmills indeed. I mean, there's CAFE fleet requirements but no straight mandate.
relevant from 2023:

Joseph Goffman (principal deputy assistant administrator for the EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation) said:
“The proposed standards are performance-based emissions standards and are technology neutral, meaning that manufacturers can choose the mix of technologies (including internal combustion technologies) that they believe would be best suited for their fleet to meet the standards and to meet the needs of American drivers”

What about what Trump did to try and stay in office? He was getting convicted in the election subversion case, he would have been convicted in the documents case. Had he not been elected by a bunch of idiots, he would be looking at jail time.

But the "back the blue" group just pardoned a group of cop bashers, so there is that.

I just hope we still have a country in 4 years, but I'm also realistic.
The left never gave him a fair shot in 2017, they tried to impeach him twice. Russian collusion was made up by the left. Shouldn't the ones that put him through that be prosecuted? That's right he pardoned Schiff & Hillary, so he can't go after them.

If you listen to his entire speech on Jan 6th, he never said storm the Capitol. What happened was 100% wrong and should have been stopped. Trump did ask Pelosi for National Guards but she didn't comply, wonder why.....

Biden will go down as the worst president in the history of our country and I made it. Unfortunately much poorer, but I made it. FYI, under Biden my monthly expenses went up $1000 extra a month. Oh that's right Biden said it was "transitory" LOL!!!!

You forgot you got through Trump's first 4 years, I'm sure you'll make it the next. At least you have your RM support group here compiled of all wealthiest, successful, well educated elite's here. Well then again, they are panicking, so lots of group hugs may be necessary. It's going to be A-OK!

US had the strongest economic comeback from Covid among developed nations. Unemployment is low, stock market at record high, social policies, besides abortion which is on Trump, were advancing.

How can that be remotely true? On what metric?

Yeah, but a transgender person might have used the wrong bathroom, somehow, somewhere.

Biden continuing to hand out free money instead of getting people back to work put us deeper in this financial crisis (my wife & I were fortunate to never having to take a penny of it). For example, interest rates for a home went from 2.5% to 8%. They were warned what would happen if they kept printing money, but did it anyways. Inflation was up to around 8% here. Yes inflation is world wide, in the last 3 years I've traveled throughout Europe & Japan and saw it there too, but the US was more controllable. Unemployment went back to before Covid, Trump still had lower unemployment numbers. Inflation has drop to a more reasonable percentage, but cost of living has gone up and has not dropped a bit. Groceries are still up I believe 20% as well as fuel costs, insurance, rent, etc. Besides the boarder issue, voters complained about the cost of living and what happened over the last 4 years are hurt them severely.

This is great fascism:

Allege crimes with no evidence, then force the US government agencies produce evidence.

Trump was pursued because he broke the law. This doesn't state how any agency broke the law, it's asking them to "find ways the law was broken". This is utterly disgusting.
