a woman coming here illegally while pregnant just to have the child here should not count
The fucking constitution says it does, Brian. The constitution. It says so. In very plain language. It counts. Your opinion on the matter is not relevant.

Like, how blindly, willfully, unbelievably stupid do you have to be to believe that you can choose to simply rewrite the constitution of the United States through a unilateral executive order? We apparently have a sitting president who thinks that.

The Bible and the Constitution are the two most disputed texts in this country yet they are both the least read.

But what version of the Constitution are you reading? The King James version? New International Version? New American Standard Version?

interesting that they haven't passed legislation to repeal the IRA yet, though. only all these executive orders, so many of them. (why was it tyranny when Obama issued one or two but not now? oh, blind party loyalty and hypocrisy? ah, got it)

I understand what the 14th amendment is, however it shouldn't be taken advantage of like it currently has been. It was first put in place after slavery was abolished for the children of those slaves, not coming here illegally. What I'm saying is, if a woman crosses the Rio Grande illegally @ 39 weeks pregnant and they baby is born while she is in boarder patrol custody, the child should be exempt from being considered a US citizen because of the motives. If a woman goes through all the hoops, applies for a work Visa and has been approved, comes here legally at @39 weeks, absolutely the baby should be considered a US citizen because she has been approved to be here most likely well before she was even pregnant.

So the US is allowing drugs into Canada... Imagine that.
