Seems to me that;

• Enacting term limits across senate, congress, and at various state level branches of government.
• Killing the concept of corporate personhood, and
• Capping political donations

would go a long way in stabilizing the concept of democracy.

If your business doesn’t pay taxes, it cant lobby. Or ban lobbyists outright.

My buddy has started to embrace the reality. If he manages to survive the April 13 deadline, do you really want to stay there after everyone leaves?

He talked about the Army downsizing that happened during Obama and the biggest issue was the expectation that the mission stayed the same with reduced headcount and that doesn't work in reality. If resources change, the mission changes, too.
