Man, the comments are brutal. I must admit to thinking a few gag and deep throat jokes might fit in this story but man these people are fvcking awful.
Just because you guys broke up doesn't mean you need to be so petty.

Moral of the story, dont try to swallow a bag of pot while fighting cops and being tazed. Has nothing to do w/ being gay...but that angle makes for a better story.

i can see it now..the fallout from various special interest groups:
the legalization crowd:
"if pot were legal he'd still be alive"
the gay movement:
the cop giving the Heimlich was obviously making fun of the "victim's" sexual orientation/preference by pretending to have sex with him instead of trying to save his life"
the anti-taser crowd:
"that guy would still be alive if they hadn't tased him..it's obvious that the taser forced him to inhale the bag of weed he was trying to hand over to the officers and they just tased him for no reason!"
and in reality...what it boils down to is this: that prick assaulted a female, resisted arrest while trying to swallow an illegal substance to avoid a minor misdemeanor charge.
those officers were perfectly justified to use more force than they did but so many officers are scared to put the smack down on a resisting subject because they're tired of being second guessed over every encounter. i hope their department and community are giving them the proper decompression time and resources to cope with that encounter instead of playing the blame game. judging by the sheriff's comments it looks like they're on the right track.
