You have a new Evil Sovereign on the workstand, but the bottom bracket threads and head tube are filled with paint, and no one in town can chase/face/ream the damn thing because it is the first week of classes. I'm more than a little dissapointed that for the amount of money and 'pedigree' this frame has that it needs the prep work, but what can you do.

I've always figured that frame prep was the responsibility of the buyer, not the frame manufacturer.

Still sucks, though. Sorry to hear it.
