I dunno....this doesn't exactly sound as incriminating as most situations....
it's hard to be above 50- not impossible. If he does have naturally high hematocrit and he's been racing 8 years like the article said, then there should be a clear history. Otherwise he doped too much and didn't get hydrated enough.
I may not be doping but I could get charged with an unfair advantage for looking so good on a bike...........
If your gonna go down, you better go down looking good.
