i'll bring the two bodies, and haven't totally decided on lenses yet...how is the stage lighting, generally?

i'll bring my longer zooms (24-70 and 70-200) but they may just stay in my hotel room. since the 50 f/1.4 is small, that'll be in my bag too most likely.

i have a local place that allows me to pick up the lens and bypass shipping fees, which definitely helps:

the 400 f/2.8 is gonna set me back $150 from Fri-Mon, and another $30 for insurance.


edit - the mark II was a lot more...$350 + 40 for insurance!

i used one...it's pretty awesome and i would buy one if i did wedding/portrait work. my 135 f/2 is not too far off to justify the cost but i have used a friend's before
