In a tall glass, add ice

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao

2oz Sour

Shake and pour into tall glass.

Float 1oz 7-up. Garnish with Lemon.

-vodka
-gin
-blue curacao
-lime juice

do it as a shooter. i'm not a gin fan, but the first time i had one i didn't even know it was in there. tastes nowhere near as strong as it is.

1 oz Amaretto

1/2 fill Orange Juice

1/2 fill Club Soda

I'm pretty fond of amaretto sours. 1/2 amaretto + 1/2 sour mix, add a little maraschino cherry juice for color, garnish with cherry. Serve on the rocks.

To man-size it substitute whiskey for amaretto in whatever proportion you feel up to.

When I'm really feeling good I eschew the amaretto, the sour, the cherry juice, cherry, ice and the glass and just drink the whiskey straight from the bottle.

In a tall glass add ice

1/2oz Vodka
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2oz Coconut Rum
1/2oz Grenadine
3oz Pineapple Juice

shake/stir

Fruit Garnish

Can you get legally absinthe in the US? I had a friend who had some shiped to him from the UK but that was pretty dubious. If you can stomach it, it's one hell of a drunk, I'll tell you that. Whew.
