Looking for a cheap shifter and derailleur. I have cassettes for 11, 10, 9, and even 8 speed. I want something for my kid hauler and I don't want to spend a lot, so it doesn't need to be nice. Just has to work well. Gotta be less than $80 as I can get a new SLX shifter and derailleur for that and use my old 11s cassette and chain. Bonus points if you have a front shifter and/or derailleur too.

I might have a rear derailluer in good shape for pretty damn cheap, I’ll check to tomorrow. Also have a 9 speed grip shifter I could toss in.

i have a 9 speed setup, but its got miles on it. i'm also near positive that i have a front derailleur and shifter as well.

I don't want the world's most ragged out shit, but I figured if somebody upgraded from 9 to 10 and had their old shit in a box, I'd gladly pay you for it. I've got to take a poke around the parts bin as my best options are probably 8 9 or 11, not 10 which seems to be most common

the rear end stuff is pretty well used (at least as far as a cassette/chain goes) but the derailler is decent shape. i have some crooked ones i need to finally throw out. the rear stuff i have is sram. x9? x7? front i have sram and maybe some shimano?
