3/15, still not too bad. I still feel better than usual, sleeping great, and working out more/harder. The girl is 15/15 and crushing it.

Can stand on my head and not crave alcohol. Elected to not drink any booze in any quantity last year - or eat Chinese TAke out- ahead of what was to have been an inaugural race in August. Plans blew apart, didn't make the event and eventually had some Orange Chicken w/ bacon fried rice in September. Then I went to VT and picked up two 4 packs at the Alchemist in October. 8 Beer lasted until X-Mas Eve.

22/28 days dry -6 drinking days including a ski vacation. I’m definitely keeping this up. Sleep is a world better and I feel pretty good.

24 days dry, 7 days not. I'm definitely keeping this up. I still love a beer with friends, and a good rye, but if just for the improved sleeping it's totally worth it.
