yeah ive always wondered about how to adjust those. I have a cheap formula hub that i got for 20 bucks, id just buy a new one or send it back to the manufacturer.
probably needs new cartridge bearings, how long have you had it? I have been able to squeak a little extra life out of them sometimes by popping the dust seal off of the bearing with a needle and then spraying them out with degreaser, letting it dry and then re-packing with bull-shot or other good bearing/bike grease. Just be careful not to damage the seals when popping them out.
This is assuming the hub still feels loose even when properly tightened on the fork.
yea, i was hoping i wouldn't have to take it apart. but its not too old at all.
(yea my Marz 20mm hub works perfectly)
i'll call DT tomorrow.
the fork and everything is properly tight, i tried everything i could think of. several times
