Since I'm such a stickler for good customer service, I just wanted to let everyone know that DT Swiss has done well by me.

During a ride this past wednesday I had some issues with my rear hub engaging/disengaging. I took it apart to find out that the pawls had broken and in the process, damaged the pawl carrier. The hub is just over 2 years old (DT has a 2-year warranty policy).

I just got off the phone with DT - they are UPSing me a new freehub assembly today free of charge. The guy I spoke with was friendly, polite, and helpful.

I'll happily buy DT stuff in the future.
