Dave is the guy that gave me an RA to send my broken hub from my Magura wheel. I called and got the RA on June 6. I broke the hub on the 5th, and boxed it up on the 6th. I just got a box from UPS on the 16th with a brand new hub, built with brand new spokes, on my old rim. Bad ass customer service, DT. I even got the pimpy new 240 hub. Pics to follow of broken hub and new wheel. 10 day turn around kicks ass.

I've always had good experiences with DT.

I bought the Hayes disc rear hub[made by DT], back in early 01 when I first switched to discs.

I've had it warrentied twice. Once for a broken bearing retainer and once for a broken pawl. Pretty much no questions asked and I got it back in a timely fashion.
