I love my 55, but even for AM it's flexy for bigger riders (as is every AM and even light freeride fork).

Assuming it's a decent weight, I'd love a DC 55 for my AM rig. That said, it's a slippery slope to the Freeride products of a few years ago.

doesn't make much sense any more. Unless thats lopes dh bike being an ibis and its got a single ring up front. Maybe a custom short travel light weight dh fork for Lopes

according to this: http://www.wtb.com/usa/category/sponsorship/ Lopes is still sponsored by WTB (well, at least as of Friday March 23rd).

I also took a gander at Lopes' home page and he has Kenda listed as a sponsor. So, someone's site is out of date.

I figured any of the 66 models would have been more than up to the task for that course. :confused:
Or Lopes has a WTB saddle and runs Kenda tires.

Lopes doesn't run SRAM shifting or Sunline bars either.
