I just heard from JD that there is a blown down snag across Big Tree near the end of the line. It's in a dangerous spot. There's probably a lot more of those around the park. We'll start clearing trails again on Tuesday. Wait for the wind to die down and check everything out before you ride it!

Big Tree has been removed. I would still check out the jump lines before rolling in though, could be more.

Yep, this is that time of year. Wind picked up yesterday pm and I heard of several more throughout the park. Any experienced chainsaw owners who want to bring their gear on-site, walk the trails and remove blowdowns would be very welcome! Shoot me an email at mwestra-at-evergreenmtb-dot-org. Thanks!
