Just installed the new 10.1 Ubuntu build on my old tower PC and it's working great. That said the linux movie player app doesn't want to play dvds. Any suggestions on a 3rd party app for dvd playback? Or could it just be a driver issue?

VLC plays everything.
Is the OS seeing discs you put in the drive? If so, it's not a driver problem.
