I thought he actually did used to work for them?
When was the last time he took a dump?!? I NEED to know everything about DW
Uhhhh, just about every engineer has probably worked on some DARPA or DOD project at one time or another.
not just like one project, i remember reading a blurb once that he used to work on UAV's.
actually I have
Butthurt: You get it from the internet.
and it's contagious
So the missle thing basically pulled a Sam Hill at 2009 Worlds.
(Self termination due to excess yaw.)
Dave was at Draper Aerospace, not DARPA. Although technically, Draper does a lot of work with DARPA, so who the hell knows.
High Mobility Impact Survivable Small Robotic Vehicle sounds right up DARPA's alley
Just so everyone's clear on their TLAs
I posted that because I just figured somewhere down the line in the tech-nerd thread, butthhurt would occur. Thus far...disappointment.
Its a conspiracy.
This is ****ing retarded.
Welcome to Ridemonkey. You must be new here.
Hah thanks! I lurk on here more often than I'm proud to admit, but upon seeing this gem of a thread I just couldn't resist the urge to log in. I'm sure a lot of independent engineers do/have done more than just one type of work. Imagine that?! Next on the amazing revelations list - dressing like Sam Hill doesn't actually make you faster, only douchier.
good. We have a job waiting for him if he wants to help us build this.
Wow...a Canadian that uses proper grammar on the . You're DEFINITELY new here.
Irony is an American calling out a Canadian on the subject of grammar.
Is there a cure for Butt hurt?
I think a portly southern "gentle"man gave it to me against my will.
need we point you to the "awesome joke" thread in the lounge?
I think so - he must be new here.
In hindsight I realize that the OP was joking around, though for the record I'm American.
your bumping this as a direct act of Deformation of character
