I decided today to go back from my rohloff to a normal shifting system. I know there are so many pleased customers out there with that hub, but I don't like the noise, the friction and I don't like the chaindropping from the rear chainwheel.
Now I have to decide between a 3-ring setup or one with two rings. The 3rd ring is only needed on the fireroads - I need it - but if a 3-ring chainguide does'nt help from dropping the chain I go with 2 rings, and I think I can acustom to it.
Has anybody tried the new 3RS? How is it?
