This is easy. The DRS keeps your chain on. The lrp doesnt.

I have a drs on my heckler and ive ridden dh, trail, dirt jumps, and lately been racing mtn x on it and it stays on all day.

They are both great systems. I personally would go with the DRS, but I do own the LRP and have had 0 issues with it for over about a year. I've also ridden lots of rigs with the DRS, and liked it as well.

I can only recall dropping the chain 1x with the LRP, and that was because my front drerailer was out of adjustment and threw the chain way off line. The one thing that the LRP has going for it, is that it is so simple and light. I would still buy the bash from E 13 though...lame o tin can MRP bash sux.

I ran a LRP for three years and had zero problems with it. It was also really easy to set up. Never tried a DRS.
