I'm going on a family vacation in July to Emerald Isle, NC. After a 9 hour drive with them, I'll be ready to ride my bike. Any pointers on some decent mountain bike trails. If I can't find any trails I'll just bring my road bike and golf clubs. Please help me find some decent trails.

I think the Paranha(sp) Pit is still kicking. It's on MCAS Cherry Point. Another place is across the Neuse from New Bern called the Beaver Back Dam.
Check with The Bike Depot in Havelock.
