In the bathroom, fighting a battle
Those are pretty sweet! Polo's are great comuter cars, the new Rabbit is looking good too(we can buy those tho). I just wish the B5 chassis TDI Passats were a little more plentiful. I've been looking all over for one and have come up empty handed

And cheap.

We need more fuel efficient tin cans over here.
I am with you on that...

with the news last night the Mobil made like 30 billion dollars profit in the last quarter... we have to find a way to take it back off of them... more fuel efficient cars will do it!

Damn - they make that little car with a 1.4TDI:

Engine cubic capacity 1400
Fuel Consumption
Urban 47.9mpg - 5.9l/100km
Extra-urban 68.9mpg - 4.1l/100km
Combined 60.1mpg - 4.7l/100km

blah!
Can you name the truck with four wheel drive,
smells like a steak and seats thirty-five..

Canyonero! Canyonero!

Well, it goes real slow with the hammer down,
It's the country-fried truck endorsed by a clown!

Canyonero! (Yah!) Canyonero!
[Krusty:] Hey Hey

The Federal Highway comission has ruled the
Canyonero unsafe for highway or city driving.

Canyonero!

12 yards long, 2 lanes wide,
65 tons of American Pride!

Canyonero! Canyonero!

Top of the line in utility sports,
Unexplained fires are a matter for the courts!

Canyonero! Canyonero! (Yah!)

She blinds everybody with her super high beams,
She's a squirrel crushing, deer smacking, driving machine!

Canyonero!-oh woah, Canyonero! (Yah!)

Drive Canyonero!

Woah Canyonero!

Woah!

I think there is some rule about selling cars in the US that get really good mileage. There must be some reason why VW won't sell me a diesel passat.

Expressed my urge to buy this... Wife's head turned 360 degrees and she spewed molten acid on me. It was pretty crazy.

She probably would like that option a lot better :)

As a semi related though we were out of town visiting some relatives and we passed a Citgo station

I was looking at one of those before I got my SV650. If I ride conservatively I can get 75mpg.

I like the minimalist looks of cowelless bikes. Of ourse at 70mph I'm sure it greatly improves aerodynamics.
I got the S version with the small fairing. There are few things more annoying than getting the crap beaten out of you by turbulence from cars and trucks in front of you.
