neaky: sorry guys/gals... i Bought it now and had it removed for my own safety
It was some woman writing people's names in her notebook so they could be noticed. You didn't really have to buy anything, just needed to send her an email and she'd update the notebook every so often. She commented that ebay had removed the auction once already, so I'm sure it'll be back up before too long.
The auction, I guess, was for the notebook with all the names in it in the end.
