Ebay will shut this person down within the next 2 hours. Each day someone try's this scam and Ebay shuts them down within 3 hours max!

If you want raise your feedback rating, look around for cheap items. Baseball cards are good because you can pick them up for a penny or two sometimes with very little shipping cost. Also be sure to leave feedback for the other person every time. It sometimes takes people a while to leave feedback, too. I have over 500 transactions on e-bay, but only 214 people left feedback. You can also send them an e-mail and remind them to please leave positive feedback if they were happy with the transaction.
