I'd just like to point out that there aren't that many people in Montana to subsidize - the largest state economies are likely to benefit form the largest subsidies.

OK . I'm wrong - but the money isn't huge as there are 975,000 residents in the entire state. I wonder if they include Federal Hi-Way dollars? I-90 moves a lot of interstate commerce.
