Bleeding into another thread [-1 for bad pun], but its my understanding there's very little potential the average UK hooligan is armed with anything other than a worn pair of Doc Martins and bad teeth. Regardless, it is credit to their law enforcement policies.
So you are saying they need some 2nd amendment, open carry type freedom. We should spread some there.

This weekend, The Washington Post published a deeply reported look at "highway interdiction," a controversial tactic that has allowed police to seize hundreds of millions of dollars from motorists without formally charging anyone with a crime. Typically, police will stop a driver under suspicion of drug trafficking, seize their cash as evidence, and refuse to return it without a legal challenge. Only one in six seizures were challenged, typically because of the high cost of legal assistance.

Two Indianapolis Metropolitan police officers are off the job, accused of beating up an Air Force Veteran at a bar. Bradfod Bohanon said the officers choked him until he lost consciousness and then continued beating him, but he is not letting the experience change how he feels about law enforcement.
So.... I'm guessing he hated the f**kers even before this happened?

Several dick moves in this video...I would have emphasized that the video you are shooting can be subpoenaed for use in a trial. Cop needs to brush up on his verbal judo...videographer needs to brush up on his Constitutional Law, which had he quoted case law probably would have blown the Cops mind.
