Without into details, my RockGardn Elbow/Forearm Pads died today. I still have my Roach "softshells" but I prefer to use those on "easier days".

I need a new set of hardshell Elbow/Forearm Pads. I hate pads that make you sweat to death, and like pads that are comfy.

What are all the cool kids wearing these days? Suggestions?

but I'm not sure if they're still sold. I love these pads, they are hyper durable (several years old and still awesome, compared to my shredded raceface kneeshins in 2 seasons). They're the Fox 911 pads. Not sure if they compare to any current models, but I would buy them again. They fit a little funny- my forearm can be tight but the bicep loose, so getting them tight and locked takes a bit of time, but they don't slip and they're so comfortable. Maybe I'll do some curls and they'll fit better.
