I had pretty good experience with them while I was running an elka, and when my shock went out they handled it reasonably efficiently, although I sold the shock with the bike. No complaints with their service from me. dealt with them shortly before I started hearing whisperings of bad cs though.

I've always had great service from Elka. The product performs extremely well too.

The first shock I received was a lemon. Bad klunking and play int he shaft. They sent a new one out before I even sent the old one back and it's been great since.

Good CS here too.
When I ordered my shock about a year ago they told me it would take about 2 weeks.No shock shows up by then so I give them a call and they tell me they've been super backed up and are extremely sorry and they'll overnight me my shock.Next day,it was waiting for me at work.
