I've been using my joker xc for a couple of years as an AM bike but lately after seeing more and more ppl do 4x on similar bikes I'm thinking about using it on the track.

What do you think about it? My main concern is durability.
ps. I'm a novice 4x rider. I do dh mostly so I'm not that smooth.

A friend of mine here in Colorado rides a Joker with a Rock Shox Pike in 4x and it works well. Maybe not for pros, but fine for most.

I know a regular Joker can be used but I'm talking about the Joker XC with 100mm/4'' Travel. Not the 150mm/6'' Version. If the only differance is travel than that's ok but probably its also lighter and Jokers used to break in FR stuff so I'm a bit concerned.
