Just take the URL:
And embed the last part of it (the bunch of letters and numbers after v=) between the [youtube] tags.
So, like so:
[ youtube ]NgCM46CSwd[ /youtube ]
...minus the spaces, of course.

If you click on the 'Go Advanced' button under your reply, you will also be given a YouTube button to use at the top of your text box. Click on that, then Paste your "bunch of letters and numbers after v=" between the funny square bracket things.
