nice. i want one so bad. actually i want 10 of them. i have them all picked out and one day when i can afford them i'm going on a crazy binge buy of enamel coated kitchenware.

Wow assuming the enamel is good quality that is a really good deal. I have a 6 quart Le Creuset that I picked up at a tag sale for $40, the seller had no idea. Those things are the best for slowly braised stews, etc. Heh, just make sure your oven racks are sturdy... :)

that's a freakin' steal. amazon's got 'em for over $200. yow.

we bought ours new for about $100 i think.

used it last night, for the short ribs recipe. :drool:

I have the 6.5 oval as well (actually 6.75) and I love that thing.
My favorite is to use it for a belgain stew (beef/pork braised with belgain beer and root veggies)

Got it today. Looks very nice. As long as it don't chip I think it'll be a keeper.

I'll update again after I use it. Coq au Vin, here we come...
