Does anyone make something with rise? I currently have an 80mm 7* stem that I used for 6 years, but after carpet tunnel surgery I'm looking to bring it back a little bit. I'm looking for a 60mm and a little rise (10* or so). The only thing I can find is 50mm and 0* rise. Any recommendations?

How about a 60mm stem and a 5 or 10mm spacer underneath? Will give the same effect.

80mmx7deg = 10mm rise
60mmx10deg = 10.5mm rise

So I see where you're getting your logic.

But... not all stems have the same stack height and certainly don't have the bar clamp bore at the same height relative to the underneath of the steerer clamp.

I pretty much always stick with zero deg rise and use spacers or bars with an actual decent amount of rise. Remember those? to achieve my preferred bar position.

I don't #Enderpo tho so WTF do I know

Well the steerer tube was cut in 2010 when I bought the bike and I had a 10mm spacer on top of the stem (plus 10mm under). I since moved all the spacers under the stem and it feels better, but I'd like to go a little shorter and have that rise (like Gary posted). It seems 50mm 0* is all that 50 companies make anymore. Funn, RF, Thomson are the ones I've seen so far. Damn you carpet tunnel!

I have been running the Renthal Duo for several years now (50 x 10 degree) and love it.
Has never creaked or slipped - looks good on the bike too.
^This...had a 50 on my old bike and a 40 on my new one...

Thanks guys . I found a RaceFace respond with the 60mm 10* rise and 40mm stack. I looked on RF's Web page, but either missed it or its discontinued (probably since it's "only" 31.8mm).

Loaded precision has one that is 45mm with 6 degree rise.

Race face respond is available in 45 or 60 with 10 degree rise. Amazon has is, so does price point on a quick search.

Ritchey makes a 17 degree, 60mm or 70mm stem. Hope does a 50mm and a 70mm 20 degree. Both are a little more rise than you wanted, but you could always play with spacers a little.

We hate Special-Ed, but you might consider a MTB Pro-Set II stem, which comes with different shims to achieve different rise angles.
