After all the abusive winter riding, it's time to replace all the bearings and BB on my 2003 Enduro. I'm running the 'ol XTR 952 crankset and it's had the worst chainsuck ever, from day one. Never had the problem when the cranks where on my Azonic DS1. I currently have a 12.5mm spindle, and since I'm replacing the BB, I would like to know if anyone is running the 16mm spindle and how it affects the chainline. I'm thinking the longer spindle may help with the chainsuck issue, but it could also make it worse if the chainline is screwy.
Any advice?
[Tried the "everything brand new" trick [casette, rings, chain] and it didn't help at all. It's only the little ring that gets suck.]
