not sure where else to post this, thought about the brake thread :D

I sit most of the day, unless I'm standing. Anyway, lately I have developed some serious soreness in my tailbone/coccyx. It can be relieved by standing and walking around, but it is not good.

I have a good HM Aeron chair at home, so my ass should be cradled in comfort. Other than some sort of taxi-driver pillow (which I'm not opposed to) or finding an old Azonic Loveseat, what should I be trying?

Standing desk?

I work at a standing desk and then retreat to a chair for con-calls where I don't need my computer.

I do believe the solution is a pre work mtb ride followed by a lunch mtb ride and a post work mtb ride.

Seriously though if you used to have a commute to and from work take that same amount of time and use it for a rambling bicycle ride.

It may not help your pain but at least it will be healthy.
