I was sitting here bored, so I decided I'd take off and drive over to the local bike shop for a break. I got all the way downstairs, outside, and started looking for my car when I remembered I rode in today.

What do I have to do to get you in this car TODAY?

I did that almost kinda....

I went to a big college University of Florida... For the off campus under classmen the way we got to class was park way off campus and get on the "Park n Ride" Bus. The bus only had 2 stops, at the lot and in the center of campus. Well I either rode the PnR or drove my car with my MTB on the back to a nearby dirt lot and rode to campus.

Ok so one day.... I had a big Calc test that was at a central building. I finished the test all bewildered and saw the PnR bus coming to the stop. So I haul a$$ and jump on the bus and ride to the PnR lot, get off go head over to where my car is usually parked and start freaking out. Where the f--k IS MY CAR... So I start to get all pissed, figure I am going to have to wait for the next bus, go back to the center of campus walk all the way to either the campus police station or to my buddies dorm and hope he is there. I sit there and fester for 15 minutes til the next bus, get on it and as I ride back towards campus with my head pressed against the window (in my pissed off state) I pass the dirt lot where my car is parked because I RODE MY BIKE TO CLASS.

What is even WORSE is getting out of work and riding your bike all the way home only to realize that you left your keys in your desk drawer and you can't get inside.... And it isn't even like you can drive there to get them because YOUR KEYS ARE IN THE DRAWER.

Dude, my little spin through da hood ain't nothin to brag about, trust me.

Although, if a lap of the course in Dalton is about six miles long, relatively flat, and mostly paved, I'm set to kick some ass.

With a 38-16, I'd be :dead: by the first cattleguard. And, if I survived that, I'd break a connecting rod (femur) on the way back down.

The worst I ever did was , I rode to work, showered , changed etc. then about half an hour later I get a call from one of my Co-workers wondering where I was . I was suppose to pick him up and give him a ride into the office!! ! One of my other co-workers went and got him. I owed him big time !

and yes Ghost rider , I have done that too.

And yes, I've gone outside looking for my scooter or truck when my bike was still in the shop.
