what other people are doing or do throughout their day???? Not that its the same everyday.. buit a lot of people have routines. As I rode to work this morning in the fresh 33 degree air I was wondering.. what are other people doing now... and maybe I shouldnt be complaining about the friggin cold.
Here is a typical day...
wake up 4 am , on the bike by 4:20 to go to work. Ride about 10 miles... its only 5 to work but i ride around the park once for extra riding!! . work starts at 5. make coffee, change clothes, check out myemails over coffee. try to Bangout most of my work in the early morning.. it seems I am more productive.
Leave work.. anywhere from 1:30 - 4:30 pm .. commute home. Head to the gym .. work out a few body parts. then perhaps sometimes its off to coach basketball. or just home to my wife..somedays i need to make dinner. usually after dinner i will ride the streets of brooklyn for about an hour.
some nights , i have a basketball game, some nights i visit mom, some nights i just get to relax at home with My wife... I try to get to bed by 10

onto the next day...

whats your typical day like????

Out of my mind, back in a moment.
For the most part:

Up at 6:40, flip on the XM, shower, and then make a bit of breakfast. E-mail gets checked over breakfast and my first cup of tea. Class by 8 AM, which generally runs to 12, home for lunch, back for a 1 or 2 pm class depending on the day, then done by 3, 4, or 5 pm depending on the day.
