I just rode in random spots today. I wanted to get to the embarcadero cross the bay via the ferry to coronado and ride back home thru the strand from there. Next time.

Ok so racing at Woodward didn't quite work out this go around. You're lucky Sluck that I'm not there to witness the debut of the next asian DH sensation. You know, the one that pedals where you don't. Anyway, the race flakes - Lovebunny and myself still did a little riding........ Wow that guy is a photowhore!!!!!
Of course as soon as we arrived a herd of drunken Vaqueros on horseback rode through the area (maybe 20 of them) turning a few of the corners into moon dust.
My B1 is prettier than Lovebunny's!!!! More Moon Dust!!!!

Anyways, there was this silly race at Woodward last weekend and it's not a fun course for me. Any bad course layout at Fontucky is better than the course yesterday. yea, i know..whambulance alert..
I stopped on my 4th practice run on Sat and content to take 3rd place on Practice Day.
So instead of being grumpy, i snapped a few pics for kicks.
This newly added ramp is a bonus new feature? Oh eff.. might as well put uphill landings.
I heard some woman class was made to start the race at the bottom of the this ramp. True?
Nice jersey Nancy. You wanna swap size with certain someone who wanted a size large real bad? hihihihi.
Nancy's Roger found out that M6s require 155mm long crankarms. thud!

The Sluck (it's Adrian, the original Calstate champ) showed no initial respect to the inexperience cuong, pictured, on his very first DH race.
Egg Roll is an omen...on race day
goggles are optional..on a dust bowl course
during practice, the sluck (center) intimidated his peers in the Z class about some phantom B-lines on the course.
cuong, foreground, wasn't buying sluck's technowhore bullsh*t.
blaine won practice day. that was enough too.
Zark, tortured us with leverage ratio information...
Cuong, just going through some growing pains.
adrian (Sluck) just laughed at Cuong as he passed by the crash scene.
if the berms are packed, it ain't SRC course. bring in the braappt.
it was so friggin hot I was taking pictures from the shade. kobayashi (?) rippin it. he's come around.

adrian is so precise on his line selection he uses course tape as his mental bungee cord to rail corners. clinical SOB.
ade voided his warranty by adjusting his seat to the extreme angle.
"If dhmike beats me, I'll give away my adjustable seatpost to Orven." -The Sluck
adrian could've won practice, but lost his chain on an uphill section.
that's it from Saturday..

our new guy, aaron's, second run on my bike. it's kinda weird to see my own bike in action and taking picture of it.
Adrian talked smack with dirtymike even with awful race result.

dhmike still has style over adrian but still, you can't beat adrian. Adrian said, for once, pull your skirt up higher comes November.

Thanks for the Great Pics!!!
Took my buddy to Chesebro for the first time to try a new singlespeed he built using my old P2 frame. Aside from having dual 2.5 Nevagals with DH casing and DH tubes it worked pretty well. The tubes & tires were just temporary, once he switches over to his final setup he'll have saved almost 4 pounds!
Haha, Ryan got 4th.

Figured I throw a couple of pics from up North till Im back. This is the only spot I could get someone to hike without a bike as I went riding by myself. People hide around here unless its hunting from their truck on the side of the road!
Winchester Lake state park, I also rode Kamiah but no pics. They have a step down and a creek gap as well as a slew of natural hits, drops and jumps.
Landing was goofy, all slick deep so cal style granite pebbles with pine needles mixed in for good luck!

Your boy TJ likes lying about his DH status to people he doesn't think know any better. Ran into him at a non-DH bike related gathering, over heard him talking about racing and sparked up a little conversation. He told me he rode "C" class, when I asked what that was he stated semi pro, not end of the pack expert... hahahahaha. Then he went on a rant about how he quit riding because it became all about the sponsors to him and no longer fun, just all work. Bwahahahahahahahahaha.
I'm back on the bike for the first time in 6 months... see you all at the next Fontucky gathering, gonna stick to "F" class and race your boy, if his sponsors don't get down on him again...
