It says on the hcor site that they won't reveal the dropouts until interbike Acadian....must be some innovative stuff going on there or something.

Heck, are the Sovereigns even out yet? They showed them almost a full year ago at Interbike. Didn't see anything concrete on their website yet, just "planned" pricing, etc.

its obviously made from a new super-alloy which bends light in a chaotic matter, like a less refined version of a Klingon cloaking device....

...man are you ever slipping...
all these long hours here at work are making soft

It'll be cheaper than you might think, and worth waiting for. DW's got some really interesting stuff going on that no one will be able to touch pricewise, and Chris is going to be riding these in comp's so you also know there is nothing low end about it.

is it 24" specific?
is this frame more street specific then the general use of the Sovereign?
Nope, It will accept a 24 or 26.

Check what DW himself has to say about it on HCOR (first page link).

Sovereign's are in production, soon man, very soon.
Hahaha. I love how time flies in the bike industry, where 5-6 months is "very soon". This has nothing to do with Kyle or Evil in particular. I've just gotten very bitter towards the industry lately I guess...

Production actually was well under way 5-6 months ago! How time does fly!

I am not sure of the exact date that D.O.C. frames will be shipping, but mid Feb is the LATEST possible date. All USA frames are in Boston now, and Japan also has all of their frames.

I just dont want to jump the gun, so until the guys actually start shipping frames, I wont give an actual date.

The only reason we have not given an exact date yet is because customs is a huge variable. Once the customs broker calls us up and says that they have cleared then we will know an exact shipping date and everyone on the wait list will get a phone call from the Evil Headquarters. The frames are currently in Boston. Customs could keep them for a few days or a few weeks, we are not sure. One thing is for certain though, it shouldnt be long.

Well Jesus, if you quit shipping coke in the downtubes, you might clear customs a little faster...

But how else would they sell them at such low prices...? I mean, the only reason for the triple-butting in the Sovereign is so they can cram more product in there.

Ahh, so that explains why the Imperial is made up north... They can ship coke in the small diameter tubes of the D.O.C. and they need the larger diameter tubes to ship bud from Canada...
