does anyone out there own an ac frame and run a chainguide? I was pondering the purchase of a DRS but taking a look at the proximity of the cranks and the swingarm, I'm not entirely sure it will fit on there right. The chainline absolutely sucks (as i'm sure anyone who owns one of these fine machines will attest) and I was hoping someone out there in TV land had some experience installing one of these things. Does it work? Can it fit?

Yeah, I mounted one on an (I THINK) 2002 AC for a friend. We used the old-style (pre ICGS mounting plate adapter) DRS and sandwiched it directly to the bottom bracket...no chainline probs or anything, with (I think) a 113mm BB.

Email E13 and they'll give you the best, most current info...they catalog what works and how (and what doesn't...) for most bikes.
