I have been looking into getting a 2003 le toy III with a bmx bottom bracket. It does not have icsg mounts (obviously, right). If I run reducers and mtb cranks, will I still be able to run an evil guide? If not, are there any guides that work with a bmx bb?

you could get a 24B rollers guide (abikeonline.com) or a Blackspire KM-1. Only guides that work with the Le Toy... and with BMX BB frames in general

or go single-speed

You could probably drill an ISCG mount into the reducers, or if you want to run BMX cranks then Gusset make a ISCG converter that replaces the drive side BB cup.
