I'm trying to run my Hayes HFK-9 6" disc brakes on the shortest chainstay length of my Evil Imperial, but am running into problems. The caliper is coming into contact with the frame's disc tabs and it is forcing it all the way to the inside (causing disc rub). It isn't possible for me to center the caliper. I don't want to file my frame down, and it seems like a 6" brake should fit on the shortest chainstay by nature. Has anyone had this problem, or have suggestions? It's a little hard to describe here, but hopefully someone can give me some advice.

Post this in the DH forum. You were in the right place but unfortunatly this forum isn't nearly as well read as the DH forum and all of the Evil/E.13 guys post in the DH forum so they should be able to help you out.
