So basically, you found a bike that someone had chained up, took it, and threw it off of a bridge?
no that bike was stolen and left behind, it stands under the "bridge" for few weeks
its not big deal, here in my city you can find crapy bikes all over the town

PS. i forget chain is ours we chain front wheel and fork so when it drop it stay in one shape
