Tentative MTB Fest Schedule

10 am - check in, pump up your tires, put your shoes on, eat a clif bar, get warmed up

10:30 - 12 pm - Skills clinic, learn how to ride all the new features at Freedom - skinnies, logs/log piles, jumps and ladders!

12 - 1 - Chow time! EMVA BBQ - Burgers, Dogs, Sides, Brownies. Free!
Klunker toss will provide lunchtime entertainment.

1 - 2 Beginners ride. Ride leader to be announced.

2:30 - 4 Women’s clinic followed by ride - lead by Beneline and Spike.

3 - 4 Intermediate Ride led by David Wilson

4 - 4:45 Kids/family ride

4 - 6 Time Trials

5 pm Skills competition - Paul Haynes

6 - 7 Dinner - Spaghetti

8 pm - Night Ride led by Barry Herneisey

All Day events:
Kayak demos will be available 10 - 6
Tire changing competition (by All About Bikes) will be going on until 6 pm - results announced at dinner.

The EVMA Bike Festival at York River State Park has been rescheduled for April 12. The events and schedule will be the same. Come out and join us on April 12!

What a great day. Thanks to Robert for organizing the event, Paul & MikeB for the skills clinic, Spike for the Ladies' Clinic, all the volunteers, and everyone who showed up. We even had a Lummox sighting!
