Couldn't you just set up a filter to make everything addressed to "blah@myserver.com" got stuck into a specific folder?

Exchange mail typically is addressed to a username, not a username @ domain.

I could - but let's just say for "privacy" I don't want anything NOT work related going into my exchange mailbox ;)

I did some surfing on microsoft's website and the basic answer to my question is "NO." lol

If you go to the Tools menu -> E-mail accounts -> view or change existing e-mail accounts, there is a section for delivery options below the listed accounts.

There is always PGP, but it would require some setup on both ends. Although in that case using gmail or something would be far easier.

Also just because an e-mail is in your PST it isn't really private. I can whack into the admin share for any PC on our network and have carte blanche access to the local hard drive.

You can password protect & encrypt a PST file.

But regardless, it still passes through the server which anyone with access can read.
