Researchers at the University of Colorado want to learn about your preferred type and frequency of exercise and how restrictions on your exercise would affect your daily life. Your responses will be used to better understand the importance that exercise plays in your life, whether you exercise a lot or a little. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
