That Chobani yogurt is good stuff. My favorites are pomegranate and pineapple. Expensive, but it's the only yogurt I like.

A spoonful of yogurt mixed into your dog's kibble is good for the dog.

It's not simple, but it makes no sense to suggest that because it's complex, your choices don't really matter.

Never intended to suggest that choices don't matter. There are lots of reasons to be vegetarian, and there is no question that large scale meat production causes serious environmental harm. Just saying that contrary to what a lot of vegetarians spew, the same is true for large scale fruit and veg production - the differences are a matter of degree.
