so it's that time of year when grrlscout cookies are being pimped by co-workers, and apparently, so are the daughters.

last week, the sign-up sheet was in the breakroom, and no one signed up. this morning, things heated up when an 8X10 pic was propped up next to the sign-up sheet. in the pic, she was wearing shorts & a halter top.

apparently, i work near someone w/ a severe reverse-oedipal complex.

i need some recommendations for an anonymous note to left in the breakroom. something that cleverly links cookies to the girl in the pic, so daddy will hopefully realize how creepy he's being.

I did my good-dad-deed this week when I paid $20 for 300 "boxtops for education" so my daughter can get her whole class an ice cream party. Sure beats trying to save them off products I don't normally buy.

We don't sign up on sheets at work, respond to the stupid email from the parents hawking them, etc.

The girl scout should put a little effort in. I know it's not the American way, but goddammit it should be.
