I've got a U-Turn coil pike and I want to bring it down below 95mm. Anyone have any knowledge on whether its possible to get it down to 80 or 75 with spacers or something

You can buy a duke spring kit. Which will give you the travel adjustment ranges of one of those. It drop is about 2-3 inches if I remember correctly. I used to have a pike I did that to about 3 years ago.

Duke spring rates are softer than Pike springs. I have an X-firm Duke spring and it was too soft for my Pike (I run X-Firm pike springs fine)
You'll find everything you need to know to lower them if you search in the BMX/DJ forum

All you'd need to do is install spacers of the same height as the amount you'd like to reduce the travel by. Minus 20mm = 20mm of spacers.
